Since 1970, My Cleaning Service, Inc. has been a leading commercial janitorial, post-construction and disinfection cleaning service in the Mid-Atlantic region. We are third-generation operated and proudly one of the largest women-owned businesses in Baltimore. As the new third-generation owner and CEO of two years, Kathleen Bands has a lot of experience and investment to offer My Cleaning Service. Under her direction, the company has seen a complete rebrand and evolution of operations to take the company into a more reputable position for the Mid-Atlantic market where we have 50 years of experience. MCS is committed to sustainable practices and acquiring industry-related training and certifications. The MCS office team, in addition to our Director or Operations, has expanded with a new Human Resources Manager, Marketing Coordinator, Area Manager, Business Development Specialist and Office Receptionist under Kathleen’s direction. Both our Administrative Assistant and Accountant have been with the company for over two decades! We value our hard-working cleaning staff, who are thoroughly vetted.

Our current goal is to provide safe and clean environments that allow businesses to continue to prosper and stay open following the coronavirus pandemic changing our industry and the way everyone conducts business.
